This video was on our Met MOPS facebook page and I loved it. All you mamas or mamas to be, check it out!! The makers of the video asked moms if they could go back to before their first baby, what would they tell themselves. All the women in the video are moms.

I want to give that one woman a hug -- the one who appeared twice, looking so sad and worn down with "It's okay to need a break" and "This too shall pass." I hope she's okay...

I would say "Don't feel guilty when you spend time away from your kids."
