How Brennan looks when I go in his nursery in the morning. . . I think he's outgrowing the swaddle!

Soo, the man cub is finally taking a nap after getting up at 11:30, 1:30 annnnd 3:30 last night. What the heck? Ahh well, we made it through with some tummy drops, walking, shushing and finally nursing. Thank goodness Jon was up to help me!

We had a fairly busy weekend. . . Jon was wrapping up a side business job on Friday (he works 4 10's, so he has Fri-Sun off!). Friday night we had a barbeque with our wonderful neighbors, Brandon and Emma. Saturday we drove to Bridgman for Kelly's graduation party (congratulations Kelly!). Yesterday was church and afterwards Jon finished the trim upstairs which means. . . . that project is finally OVER! See, we (I mean HE) started this in October- he painted the nursery, built a new closet, painted the loft area and added trim. Were SO thankful that's over!

Oh, lets see, yes, we also put our house on the market last Friday. Which was crazy. Thursday night, Jon came home around 5:30 which gave us a half an hour to move the furniture around the way we wanted before the realtor came over to take photos for the MLS. When she came in, we had a bookshelf in the dining room, the entertainment center in the middle of the living room with cords everywhere, Brennan's swing and other random toys strewed across our bedroom, it was crazy! I cleaned before he came home, but I couldn't move the furniture (obviously) by myself. Thankfully the realtor was gracious and did some paperwork while we QUICKLY moved stuff around. We were shoving things from one room to another while she took photos. I'm glad we did move things around because the living room looks a lot bigger. So does anyone want a cute little cape cod in South Lansing???? :)

What else, what else? Well, there IS some other things going on that I can't talk about- but I can tell you that Jon and I have been doing a lot of praying lately. We know that satan would like nothing else than to take this decision we need to make and use it to tear us apart. It's hard, and were still not sure what were going to do- sorry to be so vague. But it's honestly been the hardest decision we've faced in our marriage. If you think of it and want to throw up some prayers for us, for wisdom, unity, clarity, peace, we would so appreciate it.

Ok, well, I'll leave you with another photo of my lovey:

Hey Chae,
He's really starting to look like a little boy! I mean, he's still a little guy but I feel like I can picture what he'll look like as a toddler now..

Let me know if you want to get together and talk sometime. Or just give me a call- Howell is close!

Will be praying! I didnt know you were selling your house! How cool, yet stressful! I'll be praying for you through that as well.
Brennan is so cute! Katie's right, you can almost picture what he'll look like when he's a toddler. Hopefully I get to meet him before he is a toddler! :)

Chae,
Everytime I check your blog I see that first picture of Brennan and he's so cute I want to snuggle him! I just had to tell you that!

Hi Chaeli!

That first pic of your little man cracked me up! When I used to swaddle Charlie (and it was real tight too) I'd always come in to find her with one arm escaped. How she did it, I don't know. But she still sleeps that way (one arm up).

Thank you so much for dropping by to leave me some love. I appreciate the time you took to leave your comment :-)

have a good weekend!
